I think that's a great reason to wait until the next capital increase and the one after that and the one after that. By no means buy now.
It is in the nature of an explorer to need money from time to time. The only question is at what SP level and to what extent you will be diluted. Didn't we already have this in 2022? Out of sheer fear that a CR would come at some point, all the good news was ignored and the SP was talked down.
Even in 2023, every halfway good result seems to me to have been a reason to sell shares. The obvious is simply ignored.
Until mid-2024, there are various catalysts that could set off some fireworks.
In addition to the obvious potential drilling results from the JV tenements with Sumitomo (including a possible extension of the JV or - perhaps even better - a 100% return of these prospects to HMX), there is also the Yandal lithium story. After all, lithium 2023 was the reason for insane share price gains for some explorers for a while. Doesn't have to repeat itself to the same extent (but it can).
Then I wonder how long it will be before CNB (or the market) realizes (really realizes!) what else could or should happen in connection with Mt Hope. Not to forget that further drilling are also planned here in Q1.
HMX seems to be really unloved by now. This has been the case for some time. In my view, these are situations where you have to take a very close look. The potential is not where the whole herd is investing. Sometimes it is, but usually not.
I continue to use weak days to buy something. I did that today too. I don't expect any more news until the end of the year.
Otherwise, I would be pleased with an SP development from mid-January similar to January 2021. That would be nice.
