probably all depends on definitions of production....perhaps HNC are a bit different and unconcerned with the oxide project since they have 0% real interest in it, they are in CMR for the sulphides..
Recent CMR press on several fronts says different, as long as the dirt isn't evaporating, I'm buying up big at these levels.
