No doubt in my mind that this deal will progress to commercial terms.
Read the presentation again, look at the numbers. They are conservative with the numbers. Aussie dollar is only the negative aspect.
If new Moly mines can take up to 5 years to come online and this producing in less than a year why would they not want to do a deal??
The icing on the cake is a revised resource upgrade due within two weeks that offers significant upside to us and the chinese and they are not prepared to sign off on anything until they get those numbers. Why would they. They have an exclusive with thor at the moment in negotiations.
DO NOT get sucked into the volatility of the SP over the next 3-4 weeks if you firmly believe in the longer term potential of this company.
What happened today is exactly what it was designed to do, by those with a clear understanding of the inherent value of this company and the need to increase their holdings.
Create fear and panic and accummulate....................
I've only bought into this last week so are a relatively newbie on this thread, but these are real numbers that have been presented and they are extremely CONSERVATIVE and smart sophisticated investors know this and want this stock.
I picked up the remainder of my 100k of thro today, the last 50k at 32 to add to my 100k heads at 45 from last week. Only wish I did not go to bed and got them at 29. But hell who cares?? I cam in late but the stock is STILL CHEAP!! Why do think what happened today happened?? Because it is still UNDERVALUED.
You would be a fool to sell now if you did not have to. Don't get sucked into this again guys and gals.
