Yes,........ Damian will be very good fit for CM. It will be a shame though when he leaves HNR. I dont think the executive team at HNR is what he was hoping for but you can't always get the people you would like because most sought after execs are already well placed. Getting the relisted HNR running smoothly will be a real challenge ......... there are a lot of complexities to work through (it seems complex to me anyway!).

Thanks for asking about my health. I am OK and have been cancer free for about 18months now, thanks to continuous chemotherapy, which is a forever thing. The side effects are quite numerous and treatments time consuming but there are so many cancer sufferers who havent been as fortunate as I have so I count my blessings. My medical specialists are incredibly talented and helpful.

I dont post much but I certainly appreciate your organised research........ it must be extremely helpful to everyone who reads it. You seem to be able to easily understand the complexities I referred to above!.
