Yes I agree with that .But if the capital raise was limited to $2000 @.02cents =100000 shares .It was oversubscribed.So whoever is selling below 2cents wants out or needs the money ,then why isn't it been gobbled up as fast as someone is putting their shares up below the price of the CR.I missed out on the CR by 2 days.I have now topped up below the CR price.Anyway when the next ANN comes out we will never see these prices again IMO
