'sophisticated investors' will likely sell it off quickly to make a small gain which will cause the price to drop even further. This cycle will likely continue until the company can begin generating revenue, which may take several years.
I don't need to say much because a wise investor would examine previous performance and determine the fair value, which, in my opinion, is less than 0.01.
