So what we have learnt today is that hnm is indeed going to be the one commercialism neometals technology globally. We already have the nordics deal. This was the next one and I’m sure others were planned. this wont change. But they will make sure the get the cap raise done to satisfy the conditions of the nordics deal, which obviously means the uk/Ireland deal has to wait (as will the other region deals that I am sure are coming).
so you are with worried about a cap raise… in which case you run/ran today. Or you think it is exceptionally opportunist for Hannams to be the global commercialisation vehicle for neometals technology… and you stay. I believe there will be a big pump soon to get the price up much higher before a cap raise as they won’t want too much dilution. I also think neometals will be a part of the cap raise, given they own 37% of hnm and hnm is clearly the commercialisation arm for its technology.
I suspect it gets pumped above 5… cap raises around there… then they announce a date in the future for the reposting, which allows those to get out if they don’t want to sit through the several month suspension that delisting usually involves. Most however will stay in, knowing that the opportunity here is many many multiples of 5c as they begin rolling out these plants across the globe. It could easily be a $500m company in 18 months given the technology and opportunity afforded to them. That’s over 20c.
