Just want a clarification on section 4.5, what exactly that means?
Also, if i will apply for it, there is any condition on the new shares issued? Can i sell it the next day of trading if i want?
Anyway i fell like the engine is warming up, all three conditions are almost satisfied, they are doing everything as planned so far, can’t wait for the coming months.
