Regardless, the links between Critical, HNR and NMT are very strong.
Perhaps NMT only has a partial stake in HNR because they are happy to share the development risk with outsiders. However, as soon as things start to firm up, I'd expect NMT to snap up as much as they can. A de-risked HNR is easily worth multiples of what they are today.
