    I think you're right.

    NMT has a takeover clause that needs to be renewed every 3 years at the AGM. I think NMT is dangling a carrot for the market & it appears to want a friendly takeover.

    I can see SMS Group buying out NMT's 50% stake in Primobius.

    Then NMT has their back up which is HNR.

    Or

    SMS takes over NMT completely & the German giant has a 33% stake in HNR.
