2 to 3 billion shares isn't good but it's doable. When you're looking at 4, 5 & 6 billion shares the weight of all those shares starts pushing the SP down. Small incremental increases in the SP start equating to $10' to $100's of millions in MC. So the SP goes nowhere or drifts down as more shares are issued.

Look at Telstra, it's been trading in the $3 to $5 range for 10 years, nothing happens. Why? Too many SOI.

Top 20 in HNR also prevent much of those shares hitting the market as they hold 63% of SOI. So in theory, 1.5 billion shares are locked up, 773 million with just one Top 20, NMT.

Equity & debt financing will determine when/if a consolidation occurs.

People who thought HNR wasn't worth 4 or 5 cents will
need to have a bit of a rethink when the Ann is released today, IMO.
