IMO Neometals would take part in the up coming CR in order to see HNR & CM complete their objectives. Why? NMT have too much skin in the game! Neometals will also be earning a royalty stream from any deals done by the CM & HNR jv. I believe the last thing NMT would want was for this jv between CM & HNR to fall flat on it's face!

There was concern today about an upcoming CR. Considering a cashed up NMT holds almost 40% of HNR stock (750 million shares) & the Top 20 own a total of 70% of HNR, in theory, 70% of the CR would be taken up by the Top 20 alone.

A small price to pay for a revenue stream that's only 18 months away for HNR.
