HNY 2017 with re-born ERJ, page-22

Well... we know that holders will still have their shares, albeit diluted to buggery which is why I'm cautious about how many of those shares might hit the boards.

Things we don't know, but are material:

1. Are NST still around & interested? Probably if lesser interest to ECM because there will be no income from the install, but one customer would be better than none.

2. Are there three new Opcon boxes on their way to Perth following payment to Opcon? I'm assuming yes (but don't know for sure) and this should drive some new business.

3. What do ECM know about the report produced by ERJ for the Kalbarri power grid thingy, and what opportunities might it offer ERJ/ECM? To me this is the ace up a sleeve because if the WA Govt goes ahead with the project it could be a critical opportunity/income stream.

4. Does this waste heat to power thing even work? Just joking don't want to reopen that old can of worms but they need an operating proof of concept to achieve any level of success. Hence the importance of NST.
