I do not think that ECM will consolidate since they will control 90 per cent. They will allow 590 million shares floating around for liquidity reason.
If they do consolidate, it will not be in ECM favour as the controlling owner who is likely to invest for long-term. In other words, consolidation will make the stock becoming illiquid.
Please remember that the offer price is at 0.001. It is easy to let the share price of 0.001 increases back to 0.005 and above.
I do not think that ECM will consolidate since they will control...
