Since the offer price is at 0.001, the re-born ERJ will be re-listed at 0.001?. ECM and her associates as the controlling shareholder (90 per cent) and management are unlikely to sell their shares since they are more likely to invest for the long-run. Current shareholders (around 590 million shares) are unlikely to sell their shares at 0.001. In contrast, I guess that most of us want to buy more shares at 0.001 in order to average down our cost in particular re-born ERJ will have new balance sheet without liabilities and without contingent liabilities and will have CASH of $3.8 million in the bank. Hence, on the re-listing day, the first day of trading price may close at 0.005 or higher. However, I may be wrong. DYOR.
