The offer price is at 0.001 to ECM associates. It is not necessary that the opening price is at 0.001. Buyers may bid the shares higher than 0.001 in the opening hour. My assumption of 0.001 is based on the worst case scenario which may not occur. In the best case scenario, it may open at 0.005 and higher (The last price before VA was $0.005).
The re-born ERJ will have far better financial position than before VA. The company will have cash at bank for the amount of $3.8 million plus ECM networks. Hope all MOUs will be re-instated with re-born ERJ.
