Next year is an unknown for GBG shareholders in the sense that no-one can be sure as to what terms GBG will have to accept for the whole deal to proceed.

Finance or offtake problems could still seriously affect the whole project. Not accepting the terms by either party could prove disastrous for GBG and a bargain for Ansteel. Any talk of loyal friendship etc. is just that, talk.

While GBG "looks" an easy winner to pick, it is still a long way from being low risk.
