No way is anyone getting LOOK for 5 dollars. Try $20. Taking over LOOK isn't so easy either, with the company being registered in Delaware I think it is, apparently deliberately to take advantage of strict local hostile takeover laws or some such thing.
I would think $5 will be reached early-mid 2003, but then again, what the #$%^@ would I know?
