but above all thanks to the moderators,

not only must SAU announce finance arranged,
but the SP really must sit at 1.5 or above from now.

otherwise i have this bad feeling nmi may try for 51%,
by taking the 100m at 1.5 and get another 500million issued at 1c
sort of hardball deal
anyhow,i,m no expert and dont really have a clue but think
SAU currently is in a very weak position.
and anything i say is mere supposition

but you could certainly argue nmi has insulated itself from T/O with its high market cap.
unlike SAU which has done pretty well the opposite
