Has the placement not occured yet? I thought there was a notice about MB'a purchase in the placement being allocated? It was for SI's only as I called foster and tried to participate. I believe it was allocated already and thought that was what the recent price cap around .18 when has been from?? My thoughts are As it was run by Forster most participants were existing holders already and at least 20m of this placement has been cycled through already.
