Just to add...did you know that when King Charles Ii took the throne of Englandvafter the Civil War, one of the first things he did was to have the graves dug up of the people who had signed the death warrant of his father King Charles I.
Their corpses were then hung, I think , on Tower Bridge.
What did that achieve or prove? That hate can continue for generations? It did and nobody was the better for it.
