why would the czech - or any other government want to get in bed with a U company that has no foundation of U projects ? wouldn't they be interested in partnering with U companies with deep U project experience ? Sadly, KH et al are dreaming - they need to acquire some small tenement in WA (if there are any still available - maybe KHs backyard ?), and build from there ... imho ..
