Here is my glazed ham which is Chanapeish.
Note Happy Sanchez supervising the drilling thru to the ham bone - motherlode, I mean.

Tech details - glaze is Lil J's Kumquotty Marmalade + Maggie Beer's Verjuice + Palm Sugar + Lime Juice and many spices (bay leaf, cloves, nutmeg etc etc) Best ham we have ever had - truly.
