You can't blame others if you are the one increasing the spending.
If something doesn't change with the current increase in spending, we are heading for a deficit that will break all records.
One thing I'm curious about is the $9b that went to the RBA, why is it on budget?
If it's an investment that provides a return, why is it on budget and why can't the RBA raise their own funds if there is going to be a return on the investment?
