Wind Farms basically fail the test of worthiness because they cost a motza and deliver expensive electricity.

The only reason they get built is because other people going about their daily activities emitting CO2 in one way or another subsidise the construction and ongoing maintenance of these monstrosities.

Wind farms have a Carbon Footprint because they can't exist with out taxpayer dollars. Add the Carbon Footprint in every subsidised dollar they receive to their useful electrical output and you will find that they may not look so COOL.
