I suspect there will be a lot of plans made now in good faith, that will have to be deferred or abandoned once the cupboard is found to bereft.
The constant attempts at frightening people with dire warnings about Abbott's plans, are really an insult to their intelligence. I'm surprised that the media do not throw the same questions back to labor and ask them how they finance their grand schemes? Rudd has promised billions in the last two days, with not a word about where it is to come from. And nobody has asked. That tells me that nobody is taking the wild promises seriously at all.
