    Hockey did state at the time that it "was in the hands of his lawyers"

    I hope he wins and wins big. Same with Chris Kenny suing the ALPBC. At the of the incident he asked for an apology and a retraction. No action so he sues.

    SEVEN MOTHS after the event the CEO of the ALPBC issues an apology. How incompetent is this man?
