Engage your brain. The articles were written a few weeks ago. At the time Hockey said he was seeking legal advice. Today he has announced he is pursuing legal action (which is different to seeking advice). I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be desperate about. I'm not making a judgement about Hockey's decision...merely reporting it.
