Voted Liberal at the last election but not so sure of this idea. Who would buy this as an investment when the return is only CPI?? Have to agree that rates of return would have to increase, and it would be very short sighted if we received less than what was owed, IMO. Although I do understand the principle of present value.
Would have to see more details on this one, but please don't privatise everything!!!
