    guy s all i can say is there seems to be a lot of hocus pocus from focus management to have us beleive we will be much better off after this takeover goes thru ,who will be better off? one thing tells me im sure in the end ,at least 51 PER CENT OF THE SHARE HOLDERS will,all the best to the other 49 per cent,nevnifty
