Hi SMX. I don't know. However a related idea I have discussed with friends who worry about the short term SP of the companies they own is this: people are very different. They are also at different stages of life.
"Why are these holders selling this GREAT company at $20? It's likely to get to $30 in 3 months! !" - well we don't know what price they bought at. They may have bought for $1. They are able to retire now. At diffIerent stages of their life. Going to buy a house. Go on a holiday. Realise their investment. The philosophy of the seller in KTD case may be to live life, they have enough money to do this selling at $0.14.
Perhaps they are funding another project which is very profitable. Who knows.
I agree though, seller could have let SP rise to $0.65 and sell it down to $0.30 and be gone.
