22 million shares slowly sold may seem like a big barrier now with current market sentiment and awareness, demand to buy shares.
22 million shares if sentiment shifts, for example profits reported, could seem insignificant. With a significant increase in demand to buy shares even drops of 500,000 or more shares are comfortably absorbed. Then that significant buyer doesn't have such a grip on share price when the percentage of their holding relevant to market demand and volumes traded reduces.
