If that substantial holder would sell them all within a short timeframe, say at 20 cents per share ($4.4 Million) it only takes a thousand buyers with $4,400 each.
Not sure if she would sell all at once. Perhaps trading volume will reach a point on good company progress which makes the slow sell less stiffling.
