1. Company revenues increasing across the range, costs reducing (noted an increas in advertising some quarters).

2. A substantial holder is selling shares really cheap, one can pick up bargains.

3. Most performance shares are linked linked to SP. Can't this be a win-win situation for holders - if $0.65 share price is hit, you can sell into it. Big mark up from $0.14. If the revenue and EBITDA requirements are met, but not share price target, no dilution and longer term share price not affected.
