The Hoepakrantz farm forms part of the Garatau Project. I am unsure how the South African system actually works re two different companies mining the same ground.

Have just discovered that a mining company called Merger Mining is seeking a mining permit to excavate limestone from one of NKP's farms.

Wonder what happens to the platinum that may accidently be mined?

Note also that NKP purchased  the prospecting rights to farm Hoogste Punt 290KT back on Oct 2007. I cannot recall whether we forfeited or sold this ground.
