hog, possible takeover target

Hi there,

Just trying to understand the company, I think it could be a possible takeover target.

Here are my reasons why.

1. Cheap market cap of around $6 million.

2. $2.3 million in available cash in the last quarterly report.

3. Estimated income for the coming quarter $2.5 million.


If any of the above information I have written is wrong please correct it.

I can see why the share price has fallen due to it being unloved by the market and little to no recent updates by the management.

Don't you think this is cheap? How many companies with a market cap of around $6million do you know that are expecting to make $2.5 million in the coming quarter?
