Hog Ranch must be a Winner

After looking through the approved PEPR I have come to the conclusion that all eyes must be focused on Hog Ranch to get the Hillside project up and running as the lead time is a little longer than originally thought . I was under the belief that mining operations had to commence 12 months after the PEPR approval .
It is recommended that in accordance with Regulation 35, Rex be provided 30 months from the approval of the PEPR to commence mining operations. The additional time is to allow for Rex to resolve access to land as listed above (potentially 24 months), and to construct the necessary highway realignments in accordance with Development Act conditions (also potentially 24 months) prior to commencing mining operations (from PEPR)
The start up costs for Hillside is $480M AUD plus a bond of $34 .2M AUD payable to DEM prior to commencement of mining operations . The start up cost at Hog Ranch is $80M AUD and at 39,000 oz pa that should be paid back after 1.9 years .(21 months) .We have just had a capital raise of $10 million dollars which will go a long way to get the Hog Ranch project moving forward . Maybe the Sophisticates that have financed the latest capital raise might have access to the funds to sponsor Hog Ranch . If Hog Ranch is successful then the same sponsors may have a dip at Hillside. So what I have researched is that Hillside has some breathing space but no time can be waisted to get Hog Ranch operational . I am sure that the latest drilling in Nevada will provide a clearer picture for a Heap Leach project to get under way. If goes according to plan Hillside should commence mining operations February 2023 but all depends on Hog Ranch .
