I second Gypsie's comment. I remember a lot of people commenting here from many years ago. We were supposed to be a miner at least 3/4 years ago, and we are for some reason still stuck in the exploration phase.
I might just add that we have heard this story from Rex's management many, many times before. They have a history of over-promising and under-delivering, or not delivering at all. I really hope this time it's different. (which I guess, by definition, makes me an insane person)
