Hi thesnowyforest, yes the 2 companies are very different, HOG is mainly gas and SSN mainly oil, HOG = 200M shares, SSN = 1.7B shares, a quick look shows there are many other differences but looking at the projects, SSN has A LOT more going for it as things stand at the moment.
Eventually I suspect SSN will either have a share consolidation or a share buy back, both would see an increase in SP but I'm not expecting this to happen any time soon, at the moment they need to spend the $$$ drilling and generating income.
