is this a re run of the old regime
the share price is being held at or near 10 cents by the winning team with no new announcements until after the 26 th February so they can get set at 10 cents without being criticised should the share price goes to say 20 cents
also the deal that they are getting appears to be very generous when so far they have done little for the company
