2008 always appealed to me as major turning point.
From FIB with 1974 being THE major change in our market back to whenever, +8 was 1982 +13 was 1987 + 34 was 2008.
However ending a bear in a year ending 08 or 09 is rare.
1949 did and that is 60 years so of some value.
So some precedent but to my mind it is long odds.
