I also hope the board will put out more info on the funding package.
We all know its conditional on the outcome of the agm but the timing of the announcement was a little too convenient to support the current management.

After 5+yrs of graft and toil and share-price obliteration....disgruntled shareholders make a move to oust the board and...wallah - finance sorted!!!

The other view is :
After 5+yrs of graft and toil and share-price obliteration....finance is almost finalized (excluding major shareholders who thought they'd be involved) so the major shareholders make a move to oust the management team to scuttle the finance deal!!!

Either way I want to know more if the deal is real.
