IMO, they have nothing to offer...even if they were 'lucky' enough to win the court case.
Seems to me that the end result will be down to the fact that Co did not comply with relevant requirements within timelimits stipulated.
Also, What economic recoverable ore grades do they have..
They don't even have enough money to advance projects, nor electricity etc etc. there seems to be no infrastructure available in the area to have any project go ahead.
Since this company listed what have they ever delivered upon.
Am I missing something ????????
