Isnt it the case that CER is 51 % owned by CNP, and taht CER owes a substantial amount in loans.

The 90% may not 100% accurate, ( rather should say Banks are into CER in a substantial way ) but how do we know the accurate figure, given that Real Estate values fluctuate , so at some stage if the values go down the Banks may well be owed more than the value of the centers ( and in my opinion that is substantial.

The point I was making is taht I take comfort from teh fact taht the Bnaks do own so much of teh Centro group.

They will look after us small investers by default
