i think the globestar deal is locked in bruce mitchell owns over 10% of globestar the guy is one of the biggest traders in Ca looked at some of his past deals and he often buys into companies that have a takeover pending and these deals end up going forward 48% lock up agreement his 12% thats 60% only need 6% more to get it done not hard i think my concern is that the sp is getting hammered because people think the deal will go through and globestar is a bad deal i cant see it myself might have to have a real careful look again anyone got a veiw on the negitives of this deal at all??
