If you owned a part of a company. It was involved in a area of business that you knew had risk, and you provisioned for that in your purchase.

But if the management were asleep at the wheel at best or totally incompetent at worst.

What would you do??

All I am asking is for the directors of ERG to do even a good job. This is not too much to ask.

All they need to do is to make profits and increase the share price. There are other things but first things first.

I am held accountable for the job I do and I want them to be held accountable for the job that they do. Why do some shareholders find this so hard??

If they can't do their job....get someone who can!!!

Why are Executive Options Approved why are directors putting themselves up for election AND being re-elected???

Is there something I am missing?? If shareholders don't speak out then they are complicit.

The larger shareholders should definately keep this in mind as this has gone on so long that it also reflects on them!!
