Areva interests carries no weight with anyone here. The way I see it is that all concerned wud be better of with the latest PDN offer. The main purpose of this whole exercise is mine and produce and not flaying each other in court. With SMM/PDN joined forces we could see just that, the production of yellowcake within 3 years and same getting sold for USD 500+/lbs around that time. Teaming up with Areva and chasing PDN in court will only distract us from the main event: Getting the crushers crush, the mills mill and the leachers leach. It is the highest time for management of all parties to put an end to this silly vendetta and get on with what they are paid for: Creating value accoding to their mission statements. And yes. I do know my bit about the how these shows are run from the inside and am able to see right through these petty quarrels we are here confronted with.
