Strategy already announced. Equal opp buy back but Sir Ron and MVT arent in.

That clearly spells out that they will try an increase MVT's holding then either de list or force a takeover.

I suspect they will get the buy back up and after executing it will come back and say MMX isnt doing anything better to delist to reduce costs then offer the remaining shareholders the option out at the same buy back price!

Remember, MMX is not Sir Ron's vehicle MVT is and so MMX hasnt got a future!

NB MMX can always sell the Cahsmere holding to MVT above the book value $0.
