some significant buys were excuted last week now one must wonder if that chance of repeat accumulation in TIS will still be available.
Today is looking like TIS has returned to its old roots of being tightly held by shareholders who I guess are unaminously expecting positive announcements and outcomes in coming months ie May and June..
last view 19 Sellers 166,266 shares up for grabs versus 45 buyers 1,197,783 wanted... As a holder since 2008 and one who took advantage of last week I very much like the base being formed.
1st pivot point of resistance remains 0.44 2nd pivot point of resistance remains 0.45
a close on or above 0.45 today could easily see the new base of 0.47 which we see was briefly tested today.
0.47 represents a 13 week high and a 38.2% retracement from 52 week low..
