I know people in their early 30's with over 2 million in debt lucky to have 20% equity with the current ballon prices
And the blame lies with some of the parents who helped push prices up with gifts of 100's of thousands .now they can sit back and watch it disappear ,and reflect upon did they help their kids or help fund someone retirement.
